We are holding in-person public exhibition events on 11 and 12 June 2025 to present the draft Orders, including the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO), and the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR), for the Pass of Birnam to Tay Crossing section of the A9 Dualling Programme, which were published on 30 May 2025.

Transport Scotland staff and our technical advisors, Jacobs, will be available to explain the statutory processes that are being followed, assist you with any queries, and talk you through any aspect of the proposed scheme.
