Temporary traffic signals from 2 February for two weeks

Location

On the A9 approximately 1km north of the Lynebeg realignment and approximately 1km north of the B9154 Moy South junction.

Description

Temporary traffic signals and a short 140-metre lane closure of the A9 to facilitate drainage installation works beneath the carriageway will take place for approximately two weeks. The traffic lights will be in place for 24 hours a day, and will be manned at all times to help manage traffic flows and reduce disruption. No work will be carried out on Saturday or Sunday.

These arrangements are essential to ensure the safety of both the workforce and road users, as works will take place in close proximity to live traffic on the A9.

Date and time:

24 hours a day; from Monday 02 February until 06:30am Friday 06 February, temporary traffic signals will be in place approximately 1 km north of the Lynebeg realignment.

From Monday 09 February to  06:30am Wednesday  11February, the temporary traffic signals will be located approximately 1 km north of the B9154 Moy South junction.
