Meet the Contractor for A9 Dualling: Tay Crossing to Ballinluig

13 Nov 2025

Wills Bros Civil Engineering Ltd, the contractor responsible for the design and construction of the A9 Dualling: Tay Crossing to Ballinluig project, will hold several ‘Meet the Contractor’ events during November and December for local residents to learn about the major construction works for the project.

The events will offer local residents and businesses the opportunity to meet with key people from the project team and ask questions; learn first-hand about the many benefits the project will bring to the surrounding communities; and to find out more about the contractor’s plans including traffic management plans during the construction period.

The events will be held in key communities with an online event also available for those unable to attend in person, this will be by appointment only and interested individuals can contact the team directly to arrange this at enquiries.A9TC2B@willsbros.com

The events will be supported by senior team members from the contractor, Wills Bros Civil Engineering Ltd, and representatives from Transport Scotland and their advisors Jacobs UK. The in-person events will run from 8am until 8pm.

Chris Dale, the Contractor’s Site Agent for the project said: “These community focused events are a key part of our commitment to engaging with the local community and ensuring that local people are informed throughout the works about our activities.

“We look forward to meeting and speaking directly with local residents and businesses about the project, providing them with opportunities to meet the project team, understand further the scope of the work, and learn about the safety measures and traffic management plans we will have in place to keep the travelling public safe throughout construction.”

Regular updates will be provided as the project progresses, please keep an eye on the A9 Dualling website for updates on upcoming traffic management measures and construction progress.
